Where do you deliver?
From this Australian site, printed books are delivered to addresses in Australia, delivery included. If any import taxes or fees apply, they are paid by the recipient. Digital editions (PDF and EPUB) can be downloaded anywhere.
Can I get a refund?
Each book is made to order from your memories, so once writing has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as described in our Terms of Sale and where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a remedy.
