Printed books are printed in the UK and delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom. Digital editions (PDF and EPUB) can be downloaded anywhere.
Can I get a refund?
Each book is made to order from your memories, so once writing has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as described in our Terms of Sale and where UK consumer law gives you a right to a remedy. Before you pay, the conversation and your first page are free so you can decide with confidence.
