- Printed books are laminated hardcovers, printed on demand by our printing partner. Tracked shipping to Canadian addresses is included and is estimated at 16 to 18 business days after you approve the final text. A book printed outside Canada may be charged GST/HST and a handling fee on delivery, paid by the recipient.
- Photos are optional and unlimited in all nine packages. No gift wrapping is included.
- Each book is made to order and cannot be cancelled once writing has started, except as described in our Terms of Sale.

From this Canadian site, printed books ship to addresses in Canada, shipping included. If the book is shipped from outside Canada, any import taxes or fees are paid by the recipient. Digital editions (PDF and EPUB) can be downloaded anywhere.
