Notre Livre turns what you tell us (a love story, the life of someone you love, your own memoir) into a bound book worth passing on. Here is who we are and how we work.
Who we are
Notre Livre is a service published by LVL IA, a French company based in Caen, Normandy. Lucas Horville, president of LVL IA, is the site’s publication director.
We write for six markets in five languages: France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany and Austria, Spain and Italy. Each version of the site is written in its own language, not translated word for word.
What we make
A book written from your memories, not a template with a name swapped in. It can tell the story of a couple, honour a parent who has passed away, keep a grandmother’s memories, or help you say sorry.
Every package includes PDF and EPUB files. Print packages add a UK-printed hardback book.
How we work, openly
You start with an interview with the Story Director, a conversational assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a human biographer. It asks the questions that bring back the scenes, the places and the right words.
AI-assisted writing then shapes your answers into chapters. You review everything: unlimited corrections to the existing text before your final approval, and nothing is printed without your go-ahead.
You decide what goes into the book. Your data is processed and stored in the European Union.
